Description of Our Instructional Video Galleries

• Intro to Salsa on1. Includes video lessons covering the foundation of Salsa dancing On1, also known as L.A. Style. In this particular style, the leader breaks forward on the first beat of the measure while the follower breaks back. You will learn: Basic step, Side breaks, Right turn and left turn for both leaders and followers, the Cross-Body Lead (CBL), and the CBL inside turn, among others.

• Intro to Salsa on2. Includes video lessons covering the foundation of Salsa dancing On2, also known as New York Style or Eddie Torres Style.
