for both leaders and followers, the Cross-Body Lead (CBL), and the CBL
inside turn, among others.
Intro to Salsa on2 .
Includes video lessons covering the foundation of Salsa dancing On2,
also known as New York Style or Eddie Torres Style. In this particular
style, the follower breaks forward on the second beat of the measure
while the leader breaks back. You will learn: Basic step, Side breaks,
Right turn and left turn for both leaders and followers, the Cross-Body
Lead (CBL), and the CBL inside turn, among others.
Partnerwork Techniques . Includes video lessons covering the fundamental patterns of Salsa dancing that are the building blocks of
more intricate combinations. What you will learn: the Arm
Spiral, the Cape, Sliding Doors, the Whip, the Wrap, the 360, the
Backdoor, the Slingshot, and many more!
Fundamental Shines .
Includes video lessons covering open shines (solo footwork) commonly used in Salsa dancing as the
building blocks of more intricate combinations. What you will learn:
